Restorative Practice is a proactive strength based approach that reinforces the importance of building and maintaining positive relationships by seeking to understand the needs of the people in your community. If we build open communication links and strong bonds then it makes it easier to achieve positive outcomes.

By the end of the session delegates will:

  • Be able to understand the Relationships Window and relate this to levels of challenge and support.
  • Be able to recognise the importance of building connections and community and how circles are one of the tools used to do this.
  • Know how Restorative Practice applies to you in your role.
